Carol K is a pretty special Texas Longhorn cow - double bred Classic and horns well over 70" tip to tip. Her horn length puts her in a pretty elite group in this breed. She has raised some nice offspring for us. In 2008 she had a heifer sired by a young herd sire bred by Carol Carlson of C.C. Land and Cattle Company, Zabaco. Carol K is shown here at 18 years 11 months! Not bad for a grand dam. She is confirmed pregnant to Starbase Commander for a 2009 spring calf. (Picture taken 04/20/2008)
